LingvaLexa Strengthens Interinstitutional Cooperation in Countering Propaganda
NGO LingvaLexa is expanding its cooperation with national and international institutions to leverage research and advocacy in developing effective tools for ensuring accountability for the most serious international crimes.
In partnership with Social Action Centre, the organization focuses on advancing joint approaches to countering propaganda and information threats in the public space, combining analytical tools, a human rights-based approach, and engagement with key stakeholders.
Cooperation with Ukrainian Catholic University is advancing at the intersection of law, technology, and research. It includes the joint development of artificial intelligence-based tools for detecting propagandistic narratives, as well as the implementation of academic initiatives and the development of an international advocacy strategy aimed at ensuring accountability for crimes related to war propaganda.
Partnership with FIDH - International Federation for Human Rights lays the groundwork for deepening international human rights cooperation, particularly in the areas of analytical work and global-level advocacy.
In collaboration with Institute of National Resilience and Security, LingvaLexa is developing its expert, academic, and public engagement dimensions — from joint research and events to promoting findings within professional communities and strengthening cross-sectoral cooperation.
A distinct area of work is the organization’s advocacy campaign aimed at shaping an international strategy to ensure accountability for propaganda that contributes to aggressive war and the commission of international crimes. This initiative is implemented by NGO LingvaLexa together with partners, with the support of the Askold and Dir Fund, administered by ISAR Ednannia within the framework of the project “Strong Civil Society of Ukraine — a Driver of Reforms and Democracy,” funded by Norway and Sweden.
LingvaLexa consistently works to ensure that propaganda is recognized not merely as an informational phenomenon, but as a factor with clear legal consequences that requires effective accountability mechanisms.
